Dear colleagues,

Due to the coronavirus crisis we would like to inform you that our office will remain fully operational during the next weeks and that all deadlines will be met. In order to reduce the risk for our employees, our attorneys and secretaries will however work remotely now and only a minimum staff will remain in the office. You can contact us as usual by e-mail, telephone and fax. Should we be required to close our offices to all staff, the necessary measures have been taken to ensure a continuous operation. However, as a precaution, we kindly ask you to report all deadlines in a timely manner.

We are at your disposal, should you or your clients need legal advise with regard to the Corona related legal issues in Germany like e. g.

labour law rights and obligations for employers and employees

contracts relating to the installation of home office workplaces, teleworking etc. (here, labour law and data protection regulations have to be observed)

commercial and tax law obligations and rights for companies in the event of delivery problems and cancellations, instructions on how to avoid claims for damages.

We sincerely hope that you, your families and employees are healthy and will remain so. We wish all those affected by COVID-19 a mild course of the disease and a quick recovery!
